    Another step down memory lane. I remember all of those guys; some by sight but all by reputation. I never considered myself to be in the same league that they were. It was truly an honor to have my name on the same masthead with so many of wargammings Greats.

    Looking at the hobby today and the second (and third?) generation of designers, developers, magazine editors, contributing writers, play testers, et al, I can only say that you had mighty big shoes to fill. And fill them you did! Quite well it seems.

    While it is true that many of the Elderly Statesmen of the Brotherhood of the Hexagon are still around, doing what they have always done so well, there will come a time when they become legends and fade into the fabric of wargamming lore. But not yet… Not quite yet…
